Solo and Ensemble Schedule for 1/30/20

Dear Parents and Students,
 
 
We are very excited to offer an In-Person Solo and Ensemble experience to our kids this school year.
 
In order to safely conduct this event we must strictly adhere to State of Ohio, Franklin and Fairfield County Health Department directives, and our PLSD Return to Play Guidelines.
 
As a reminder, per State of Ohio guidelines, each performer is allowed two parent/guardians in attendance.  Each room will be set up with only two chairs for spectators.  Due to the fast moving nature of the event, we will not be using tickets, but it is very important that we adhere to the guidelines if we are to have future events this school year.
 
We ask that all parent/guardians who attend:
 
- If you are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home.
- Observe physical distancing.
- Wear a mask at all times.
- Do not arrive more than ten minutes before the start of your child’s performance.            
- Sit in assigned areas, and work together to physical distance while seated.
- Please exit the building immediately when the performance is over.
- There will be no concessions and all ratings/comments will be given to kids during their band class.
 
We ask that all performers:
 
- If you are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home.
- Observe physical distancing.
- Wear a mask at all times, except when performing (Including entering and exiting the room)
- Warm-up AT HOME.
- Do not arrive more than ten minutes before the start of your performance.
- You will be permitted to do a very short warm-up in the band room before you play.
- Keep your case with you at all times.
- The adjudicator will do a short clinic session with you after your performance.
- Please exit the building immediately after your clinic session.
- There will be no concessions and all ratings/comments will be given you during your band class.
