Charms Info
Charms is a program that the PCHS Marching Tigers use to share student financial information with band members and their families. You can make band payments by credit card through your Charms account.
TO ACCESS YOUR CHARMS ACCOUNT:

TO ACCESS YOUR CHARMS ACCOUNT:
- Log on to www.charmsoffice.com and click on the “LOG IN” button on the upper right portion of the screen.
- Click on the “PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBERS” tab of the web page and for the School Code enter: PHSCBAND. Then click on the "Enter Parent Area" button.
- This will bring up the main parent page. This will allow you to look at the “public” calendar for your organization, event list, handouts and other files if available.
- When you enter the Student Area Password another more detailed screen appears with options to view your student’s financial records. Other areas that may be available for your student in this are are uniform assignments, music assignments, financial records, forms and inventory.
- Once you have first entered this ID number, you may create your own unique password by clicking the “lock” (Change Password) icon. If you have multiple students in band, you will need to do this if you want to link the accounts together.
- If you return at a later date and do not know your Student Area Password, you can click on the “Enter” button and you will be prompted to provide information that will retrieve or reset your password.
The areas in which you can help the Boosters maintain the records or your student:
- Verify and Update Personal Information – You may help make changes to your child’s student information page (such as updating phone numbers and email addresses if they change) to help us communicate with you more effectively. Click the Update Info button. Please note: This only updates Charms. You will also need to email the Booster Secretary at phscbandboosters@gmail.com with your new information to ensure that you continue to receive all communications from the Directors and the Band Boosters.
- You can make credit card payments for fees, trips and deposits to your student’s accounts online now. Under the Finances section, you will see a blue button marked “MAKE MISCELLANEOUS PAYMENTS” or “MAKE A TRIP PAYMENT” on top of the student statement. You have the ability to make online credit card payments through Paypal. To use Paypal, there is a 3.5% fee to send money as a personal payment using a debit card or credit card. This additional fee will be added to your total payment before you finalize the transaction. Please state in the description box a brief description of the purpose of your payment i.e. Payment on Account, Uniform Fees, Trip Payment, etc. Once you select that credit card in Paypal and continue, it will bring you back to Charms. Click Complete Payment to complete the transaction.
- Most importantly, the parent page assists both you and the Boosters to communicate with each other. Stay up to date with what’s going on with your student!
