Uniform Fees
The Pickerington Central Marching Band has determined that students shall pay a uniform fee for participation in the marching band. All students participating in the marching band pay a uniform fee.
THE 2022-23 UNIFORM FEES WILL BE ALLOCATED TO STUDENT ACCOUNTS BASED ON
INSTRUMENT AND THE UNIFORM PIECES REQUIRED FOR EACH SECTION.
FEES WILL BE ASSESSED PRIOR TO BAND CAMP.

FEES WILL BE ASSESSED PRIOR TO BAND CAMP.
- Each parent will be given information on the cost of uniform fees specific to their student(s) prior to the start of band camp.
- Payment of the uniform fees is due at registration on the first day of band camp.
- Uniform fees tend to be higher for incoming students. The reason for this is that new marching band members will need summer shirts, shoes, and other uniform pieces that returning band members already have.
- Uniform fee payments can be made by cash, check or money order, or through your Charms account. Receipts will be given for cash payments and other forms of payment upon request.
- Checks should be made payable to the Pickerington Central Music Boosters (PCMB) and "uniform fee" should be written on the memo area of the check.
- There will be a $25 returned check fee for any returned checks. If two checks are bounced, that form of payment will no longer be accepted. Payment will be required in the form of a bank check, cashier’s check, money order or cash.

- Please do not have students take cash, checks or money orders to the band directors.
- The Pickerington Central School District mandates that a payment exemption to uniform fees be provided for families who are experiencing financial hardship. We will not turn any student away. If a fee presents a financial hardship, please contact one of our Booster Club executive board members to apply for assistance. Financial hardship applications will be held in strict confidence.
