Uniform Care Information
PURPLE / WHITE BAND UNIFORMS:
Pants are folded on the seam lines and laid over the hanger to prevent wrinkles.
The jacket is hung after the pants AND it is zipped up in the back to prevent the jacket from falling off the
hanger.
Hang the complete uniform up so that it is off the ground entirely.
Keep your hat box near your uniform so that it is not forgotten.
Keep the uniform and uniform pieces out of direct sunlight and out of reach from pets and small children.
Hang the uniform in a well-ventilated area.
Let your hat box / beret / additional uniform pieces (color guard) air out in a similar fashion.
SUMMER UNIFORMS:
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIFORM PLEASE NOTIFY ONE OF THE UNIFORM MOMS/DADS IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX IT YOURSELF. THE UNIFORM MOMS/DADS WILL INSTRUCT YOU ON THE ACTION THAT NEEDS TAKEN.
- Do not attempt to wash the purple or white school uniforms. Do not attempt to hand wash , machine wash, or spot clean the uniforms in any manner. Our uniform construction requires dry cleaning only and the Uniform Moms/Dads will take care of it. This is something that the band takes care of, not you.
- Do not use any disinfectant spray, deodorant spray, or Clorox wipes on any band uniform or uniform pieces.
- Please make sure the uniforms are hung on the required hangar correctly.

- Hair dye has been an issue in recent seasons. Please remove all hair coloring to prevent damage to the uniforms.
SUMMER UNIFORMS:
- The summer shirt and purple shorts belong to individual band members. Parents should maintain them to the best of their ability.
