Mr. Hakes is an assistant band director at Pickerington High school Central and Director of the Ridgeview Junior High Band. He's in his 9th year in Pickerington. Mr. Hakes has experience working with marching bands in central Ohio, and has performed in a variety of venues in the Columbus area as a jazz saxophonist. Mr. Hakes graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education degree from Capital University.
