Dear Parents and Students,
 
 
We are very excited to offer our first PHSC indoor band concert in the gymnasium on Thursday, March 11.
 
In order to safely conduct this event we must strictly adhere to State of Ohio, Franklin and Fairfield County Health Department directives, and our PLSD Return to Play Guidelines.
 
As a reminder, per State of Ohio guidelines, each performer is allowed two parent/guardians in attendance.  The link for tickets to this event will be at the end of this FYI.  It is very important that we adhere to the guidelines if we are to have future events this school year.
 
We ask that all parent/guardians who attend:
 
- If you are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home.
- Observe physical distancing.
- Wear a mask at all times.
- Do not arrive more than fifteen minutes before the start of the performance.            
- Sit in assigned areas, and work together to physical distance while seated.
- Please exit the building immediately when the performance is over.
- Please wait for your students in your cars after the performance.

Our students and directors have worked hard all year to observe our Return to Play Guidelines to give us the best possible shot at having meaningful experiences this school year. 
 
We truly appreciate your help and support in following all guidelines for this event.

As a quick reminder, concert band performances are a "concert black" dress code.  Meaning, ladies must wear all black, skirts and dresses must cover the knee when seated and shoulders must be covered completely.  Gentlemen must wear black shoes, socks, pants, a white collared shirt, dark tie, optional dark vest or dress coat may be worn as well.  See you then!!!
 

All band cohort A & B students must report at 6:15.  Wind Ensemble will report at 5pm for setup and sound check.
