DATES: The fundraiser runs from MARCH 1, 2021 to MARCH 20, 2021. There will be absolutely no late orders accepted. ALL orders must be given to Dianna Cooper (PHSC Band Booster Vice President) by March 20, 2021. The dates are firm and NO EXCEPTIONS will be permitted as this would delay the delivery/pick-up of the gift cards.
DETAILS: This is a pretty easy fundraiser. It used to be the kids sold the bags of mulch, but has since switched over to the gift cards. Gift cards are exceptionally easy to do and they come in $25, $50 OR $100. The gift cards are sold for face value and can be used on-line or in-store to place their orders. The gift cards can also be used at any location. The band will receive 20% of the proceeds received.
PAYMENT: Payment may be made by cash, or check made payable to "PCMB".
DROP OFF: All orders AND money should be dropped off or mailed to Dianna Cooper at: 7704 Allen Rd. NW. Please note: Ms. Cooper's husband works from home, so please just put any orders under the mat on the front porch and text her at (614) 551-4737 to say that an order has been dropped off, and let her know to look for it. PLEASE DO NOT ring the doorbell as her husband is in meetings a lot and she does not want the dogs to bark.
PICK-UP: for the gift cards for parents will be April 3, 2021.
